Results of finished runs, with evidence as file parts. Idempotent by run id.

multipart/form-data with one results part (JSON, HelperRunResult[]) and one file part per evidence item, named by evidence[].part. At most 2 MiB of evidence per run; excess evidence, or evidence beyond the tenant's object_bytes limit, is rejected per run, not per request (evidence_too_large; the runner resends the run without it). A run id is accepted once (duplicate after that, whatever the content, before any other check); results that started more than 24 h ago are rejected with reason expired (schema.md journey_receipt), results for a journey that is in neither the runner's served nor its applied config with not_assigned, and results naming a request that is not a manual run request of the tenant with unknown_request.
