Enrolled. Returns the bootstrap config (with Accept: application/toml) or its fields with the systemd drop-in (agents/vector.md §2).

Enrolled but awaiting approval; config requests return 403 until approved.

Invalid request body or host name, or os is Windows (vector.windows).

Missing or invalid credentials.

The tenant's agent limit is reached (tenant.limit_exceeded).

Host bound to a different identity (cert mismatch).
